Mayeul Caron

Mayeul Caron is a Partner in the Andera Expansion team at Andera Partners, where he focuses on expansion capital and buyout investments. Before joining the firm as a Senior Associate in 2010, he worked in the buyouts division at 3i from 2007 to 2010, following earlier roles in mergers and acquisitions at Lehman Brothers and leveraged finance at Barclays Capital. Over his tenure at Andera Partners, Caron has executed between 18 and 20 investments and completed up to 14 disposals. His transaction history includes the sale of ProwebCE to Edenred in 2015, the exit of Edimark Santé to Europa Organisation in 2017, and the acquisition of A2IA by Mitek. A 2004 graduate of ESSEC Business School, Caron currently directs his investment strategy toward small- to medium-sized companies operating within the niche manufacturing, business services, and software sectors.
