Mayara Colombo

Mayara Colombo is a Portfolio and Compliance Analyst at VENTIUR Aceleradora, a venture capital firm and startup accelerator based in Brazil. In her role, she manages compliance functions and oversees an investment portfolio that encompasses more than 90 companies with a combined valuation of R$750 million in assets. Colombo supports the firm's broader acceleration initiatives, which have historically evaluated and accelerated over 1,000 early-stage startups across the broader Latin American market. Her work involves coordinating with VENTIUR Smart Capital and institutional partners such as FAPEPI to ensure regulatory alignment and operational efficiency for emerging technology ventures. Additionally, she interacts with the accelerator's extensive network, which currently includes more than 350 active investors and 100 industry mentors. Colombo currently focuses on maintaining portfolio governance and facilitating compliance structures within the Brazilian innovation and venture capital ecosystem.
