Maximilian Von Poelnitz

Maximilian Von Poelnitz is a Hong Kong-based entrepreneur and venture capitalist currently serving as a Venture Partner at Earth First Food Ventures. Prior to his current investment role, he founded Nosh, a cloud kitchen and food delivery brand that secured early backing from the Alibaba Entrepreneurs Fund. Under his leadership as Chief Executive Officer, Nosh scaled its operations to produce over two million meals annually before being acquired by DayDayCook in 2021. He previously established Secret Ingredient, one of the earliest meal kit delivery services in the Asian market, which operated successfully before its strategic acquisition. Von Poelnitz began his corporate career in financial services and holds a bachelor's degree in history from the University of Pennsylvania. His current professional focus centers on scaling food technology enterprises, advancing alternative protein investments, and optimizing sustainable supply chain logistics.
