Maxime Le Dantec

Maxime Le Dantec is a Partner and co-founder at Resonance VC, an early-stage venture capital firm focused on European technology companies. He co-manages a €150 million fund that writes initial checks ranging from €500,000 to €10 million for startups spanning the pre-seed to Series A stages. His portfolio includes approximately a dozen investments in prominent technology startups such as GitGuardian, Photoroom, Sweep, and Numeral. Previously, he served as a Principal at Balderton Capital, a venture fund with $5 billion in assets under management, leading their investment efforts in France. Before entering venture capital, he was the Chief Technology Officer at the conversational artificial intelligence startup Conv.ai and earned a Master of Science in Data Science from Centrale Paris. His current focus remains on scaling Resonance VC and funding early-stage European artificial intelligence and software ventures.
