Maxime Allouch is the co-founder of Vera Health, an AI-powered clinical decision support platform backed by Y Combinator. He holds a dual background in business and artificial intelligence, having studied at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Sorbonne University, and HEC Paris. While studying at MIT, Allouch met his co-founder Taieb Bennani, and the two initially collaborated on building predictive models before launching their current enterprise. Under his leadership, Vera Health transitioned from an initial consumer application into a clinician-first system that integrates directly into electronic health records. The Y Combinator S24 batch company has since secured widespread software adoption across multiple healthcare systems operating throughout the United States and Europe. Drawing from his family lineage of physicians, Allouch currently focuses on deploying medical evidence synthesis tools to assist clinicians at the point of care.
