Max van Zoest

Max van Zoest is an Investment Manager at Knop Investments based in Amsterdam, Netherlands. Before joining his current firm, he served as an investor at Ponooc, a corporate venture capital fund that is primarily focused on sustainable energy and mobility solutions. He previously began his corporate technology career at Google in Dublin, and he also gained direct entrepreneurial experience as the founder of evo, a dedicated social networking platform designed exclusively for events. His academic background includes a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from TU Delft and undergraduate studies in Econometrics at Maastricht University, complemented by an early career internship at Shift Invest. Van Zoest currently leverages his combined technical education and operational startup experience to focus on executing venture capital investments across the broader technology, sustainable energy, and mobility sectors.
