Max Skibinsky

Max Skibinsky is the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Vault12, based in Ashland City, United States. Prior to his current role, he served as an investment partner at Andreessen Horowitz, where he led investments in enterprise security and bitcoin startups such as Tanium and TradeBlock. He previously founded and served as the CEO of Hive7, a social entertainment startup that was successfully acquired by The Walt Disney Company. Earlier in his career, he worked as an early engineer at Voltage Security, an enterprise encryption firm that was acquired by Hewlett Packard in 2015. Skibinsky holds a Master of Science in Theoretical and Mathematical Physics from Lomonosov Moscow State University and has advised multiple Y Combinator startups, including ZenPayroll and Transcriptic. His professional background centers on advancing secure data solutions, enterprise cryptography, and early-stage technology investments.
