Max Raven is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of The Interface, a technology company developing foundational infrastructure for AI-native media and content creation. Prior to this executive role, he led global artificial intelligence transformation initiatives at McKinsey & Company, where he oversaw corporate AI strategy, talent acquisition, and enterprise implementation. During his tenure as a strategy consultant, Raven specialized in advanced analytics and digital transformation projects across multiple commercial sectors. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where his academic research focused heavily on complex simulation modeling. His applied engineering work included developing data-driven simulations for urban city dynamics in Singapore and optimizing manufacturing supply chain flows in Mexico.
