Max Kolysh

Max Kolysh is the Founder of Dover, an applicant tracking system and recruiting software company based in San Francisco, California. Drawing on his prior background in software engineering at early-stage technology startups, he established the human resources technology platform as an alumnus of the Y Combinator Summer 2019 batch. Under his executive leadership, Dover has scaled its operations to facilitate automated hiring processes for more than 10,000 companies, supported by venture funding from Y Combinator and a syndicate of angel investors. In October 2024, Kolysh directed the strategic expansion of the platform's free tier software features for small and medium-sized businesses, while maintaining an active industry presence across professional networks like LinkedIn and X. His current focus remains centered on developing scalable software-as-a-service products that streamline complex talent acquisition workflows for the broader technology startup ecosystem.
