Max Gurvits

Max Gurvits is the Managing Partner at Vitosha Venture Partners, an early-stage venture capital firm based in Sofia, Bulgaria. He oversees a €26 million seed-stage fund that allocates between €25,000 and €1 million to early- and growth-stage companies operating within the broader Central and Eastern European market. Before joining Vitosha, Gurvits was a founding team member and early investor at Eleven Ventures, and he served as the Director for CEE and MENA at Cross Border Angels, syndicating one to two monthly investments. As an entrepreneur, he previously founded and successfully exited two technology startups, while also establishing regional ecosystem events including Startup AddVenture. His recent investment activity includes backing the fast-growing plant-based brand VGAN. Gurvits currently focuses on cross-border collaboration and scaling impactful technology startups across the local Bulgarian and Eastern European venture ecosystems.
