Max Guerois

Max Guerois is the Cofounder of Lucis, a preventive healthcare technology company based in Paris, Île-de-France, France. Established in early 2024 within the French Tech ecosystem, Lucis operates as a European equivalent to Function Health, providing direct-to-consumer diagnostics and comprehensive health testing. Under his leadership, the startup secured an undisclosed seed funding round in 2024 and subsequently launched a public beta waitlist in the third quarter of that year. Prior to developing this platform, Guerois held product and operations positions at various early-stage technology startups and engaged with the Station F startup campus to build his network. He recently presented his insights on personalized medicine at a Paris health technology conference in February 2025. His current professional focus remains on bridging advanced medical diagnostics with accessible consumer health services while navigating complex European regulatory frameworks.
