Max de Groen

Max de Groen is a Partner in the Technology vertical at Bain Capital, based in Boston, USA. Since joining the firm in 2011, he has focused on private equity investments across software, data platforms, and cloud services. He currently serves on the board of directors for Nutanix, a position he has held since September 2020, alongside directorships at several private enterprise software and AI infrastructure companies. Prior to his tenure at Bain Capital, he worked as a consultant at The Boston Consulting Group, advising clients in the healthcare, financial services, and technology sectors. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, where he was a Baker Scholar, and a BS in Finance from the University of Minnesota.
