Maurice Maschmeyer

Maurice Maschmeyer is currently an Investor at BAM Ventures, where he focuses on funding and advising early-stage consumer technology companies. Over his seven years in venture capital and five years as a startup consultant and advisor across Europe and North America, he has backed notable companies including Canva, Modern Health, and Future Family. Before transitioning to the venture capital industry, Maschmeyer worked as a designer in the yacht and automotive sectors, holding roles with Ferrari and launching corporate innovation labs for Porsche. He holds a Bachelor in Transportation Design from the ArtCenter College of Design and a Master's degree in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from the USC Marshall School of Business. As a Kauffman Fellow within the global venture community, his current focus remains on identifying and supporting early-stage consumer technology entrepreneurs through strategic portfolio guidance and capital investment.
