Maurice Burger

Maurice Burger is the Co-founder of Atla, an artificial intelligence software startup that participated in the Y Combinator Summer 2023 batch. Prior to establishing this new enterprise in June 2023, he developed his professional background as a serial entrepreneur operating within the broader technology and software ecosystem. His previous operational experience includes holding several different technical and leadership roles at emerging companies, including the artificial intelligence investment studio Merantix. To support his technical career trajectory, he pursued formal higher education and earned a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Pennsylvania. He additionally completed partial coursework toward a Master of Business Administration program at Harvard Business School before returning to the technology startup sector. Burger maintains a dedicated professional focus on building early-stage artificial intelligence ventures and advancing modern software development frameworks.
