Maureen Sullivan

Maureen Sullivan is a Partner at The Chernin Group (TCG), where she invests in consumer businesses and manages firm and portfolio operations. Before joining TCG in 2021, she served as President and Chief Operating Officer at Heyday from 2020 to 2021, driving membership and franchise expansion, and previously held the same titles at Rent the Runway, transitioning it into a subscription service. Earlier in her career, Sullivan spent six years as President of AOL.com and Lifestyle Brands, and worked at Google as Chief of Staff to Americas Advertising. She has served on the board of directors for Choice Hotels International (NYSE: CHH) since 2018, alongside board positions at Equip, Audiochuck, Food52, and BiggerPockets. A graduate of Stanford University, Sullivan focuses her investments and operational expertise on scaling consumer brands, particularly those targeting female demographics.
