Mattias Lindell

Mattias Lindell is the Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of Openroll, an emerging human resources technology startup developing artificial intelligence agents for global salary management. Prior to launching his current venture, he co-led multi-billion dollar procurement projects at Swedbank, where he gained significant experience managing large-scale financial operations and complex corporate structures. Lindell is a graduate of the KTH Royal Institute of Technology and subsequently enrolled in a Master of Science in Finance program at the Stockholm School of Economics. A second-time founder with an early background in elite youth football, he previously developed consumer applications and a specialized bed sheet cleaning service before leaving his graduate studies at SSE to build Openroll full time. His current professional focus centers entirely on leveraging artificial intelligence to automate and optimize compensation structures for international enterprises worldwide.
