Matthieu Lattes

Matthieu Lattes is a General Partner at White Star Capital, a global technology investment firm based in Paris, France. Prior to venture capital, he spent more than a decade as an investment banker at JPMorgan, BNP Paribas, and Rothschild across London, New York, and Paris. Transitioning to the operational side, he co-founded a tech-focused M&A advisory boutique and Isograd.com, a French software company specializing in skills certification. At White Star Capital, he helps manage over $1 billion in assets under management and supports a portfolio of more than 70 technology entrepreneurs. He holds a Master's degree in Business Strategy and Corporate Finance from HEC Paris and serves as a Board Member for Seyna. Lattes focuses on technology-focused venture capital, leveraging more than twenty years of financial expertise to guide early-stage startup scaling and global expansion.
