Matthew Weinsier

Matthew Weinsier is a Vice President at Veritas Capital based in New York City, where he currently focuses on executing private equity and venture capital investments. He officially joined the private equity firm in 2022, immediately after completing his Master of Business Administration degree at The Wharton School. Prior to pursuing his graduate business studies, Weinsier worked as an Associate at Court Square Capital Partners from 2018 to 2020, gaining direct experience in middle-market buyout transactions. He initially began his professional financial career serving as an Investment Banking Analyst at Citi between 2016 and 2018. Before entering the finance industry, he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Wesleyan University. His current focus remains centered on evaluating institutional private equity investments and managing complex financial transactions within the broader alternative asset management sector.
