Matthew Storeygard

Matthew Storeygard is the Senior Managing Director of Investments and Bio Team Director at Connecticut Innovations. In this role, he sources, evaluates, and structures early-stage venture capital investments, primarily targeting the digital health and biotechnology sectors. Storeygard has led multiple successful deals, including investments in Diameter Health, which was acquired by Availity, and PatientWisdom, which was acquired by NRC Health. He currently holds board director or observer seats at several portfolio companies, such as Inbox Health and Source Defense, drawing on his previous five years of strategic planning experience at Cross Sector Consulting. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Haverford College and a Master of Business Administration from the Yale School of Management. His current focus centers on leveraging financial analysis and health policy expertise to scale emerging healthcare technology enterprises.
