In addition to his primary executive role, he serves as a Venture Partner at Orange Collective and joined the board of Citymakers Collective in January 2024. Previously, Marshall worked as a UX Designer and IT Consultant at KPMG US after earning a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Georgia and studying abroad at the University of Oxford. His current professional focus centers on leveraging market-based solutions, nonprofit innovation, and early-stage venture capital to address the global housing crisis through scalable affordable housing development.
