Matthew Day

Matthew Day is the Managing Partner at Jordanelle Capital, a principal investment firm he founded in 2022. Prior to establishing his current firm, he spent 10 years at Peterson Partners, where he served as a Partner in Peterson Private Equity and spearheaded the creation of Peterson Real Assets before spinning the division out into an independent entity. Earlier in his career, Day worked in the principal transactions and industrials group at Macquarie Capital across their Sydney and New York offices. He currently serves as Chairman of the Board for both Crossroads Paper and Incoa Performance Minerals. Day holds a Bachelor of Business in Accounting and a Bachelor of Laws with first-class honors from the University of Technology, Sydney. His current investment focus centers on deploying principal capital across the industrial, infrastructure, and real assets sectors.
