Matt Stallone

Matt Stallone is the Co-founder of NextByte and the Founder of Tweeks.io, an artificial intelligence software company backed by Y Combinator that develops specialized Chrome plugins. Prior to launching these entrepreneurial ventures, he served as a machine learning researcher at IBM Research, where he directed the post-training development of foundation language models. During his tenure at IBM, Stallone contributed directly to the commercial release of the Granite model series and published multiple first-author academic papers focusing on large language model architecture. He holds advanced degrees in computer science and electrical engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, providing him with rigorous classical training in machine learning and distributed systems. Today, Stallone focuses his technical expertise on engineering advanced artificial intelligence agents and deploying large language models to create highly functional consumer and enterprise software applications.
