Matt Okolita

Matt Okolita is the Regional CEO of the Americas at IQ-EQ, currently based in New York. He assumed this executive role in 2023 after joining the firm in 2021 as Global Head of Outsourced Business Services following IQ-EQ's acquisition of Greyline, a regulatory consultancy he founded in 2016. Previously, Okolita served as Managing Director of Regulatory Compliance at Duff & Phelps from 2013 to 2016 and as Chief Compliance Officer at Highland Capital Management from 2008 to 2012. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Bucknell University and a Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School, bringing over 15 years of financial services experience to his leadership positions. His career focuses on regulatory affairs and corporate governance for alternative asset managers, including managing compliance programs for international firms overseeing more than $30 billion in assets.
