Matt Melymuka

Matt Melymuka is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner at PeakSpan Capital, based in New York City. He began his professional career in investment banking within the Technology, Media, and Telecom group at Piper Jaffray before transitioning to venture capital. Prior to establishing PeakSpan, Melymuka focused on B2B software investments at Investor Growth Capital and managed growth-stage technology portfolios at Greycroft Partners. Over his 15-year career, he has partnered with more than 30 growth-stage business software firms and earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Georgetown University. His industry recognition includes placements on the Crain’s New York Business 40 Under 40 list in 2022 and GrowthCap’s Top 40 Under 40 Growth Investors list in 2024. Melymuka currently centers his professional focus on refining investment strategies and allocating capital to scaling B2B software and technology enterprises.
