Matt Mahar

Matt Mahar is a General Partner at Everywhere VC in San Francisco, California, where he leads Seed and Series A investments across North America. Managing a portion of the firm's $300 million in assets under management, he has directed over 20 investments as a lead investor, including a first-quarter 2025 allocation into the artificial intelligence startup Agentic. Before transitioning to venture capital, Mahar founded ReadySet, which was acquired by Twilio in 2018, and held product roles at Good Eggs and TellApart prior to its acquisition by Twitter. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Princeton University and an MBA from the UC Berkeley Haas School of Business. His current investment focus centers on early-stage enterprise software, artificial intelligence, and developer tools, leveraging his operational background in product development and go-to-market strategies.
