Matt Heiman is a New York-based Managing Director and co-founder of Vetamer Capital, as well as the Founder and CEO of sports media venture The Game Day. He holds a BA from Columbia University and an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business, beginning his career in investment banking before taking roles at McKinsey and Co., Greylock Partners, and as a Partner at CRV. As a serial entrepreneur, he has led multiple digital media companies to acquisitions, including the $20 million sale of Mobix Interactive to a Nasdaq-listed buyer and the 2017 acquisition of Diagonal View by Sky PLC. His venture capital portfolio features pre-seed and seed-stage investments in technology and fintech companies such as Coinbase, Carta, and Airwallex. Heiman currently focuses on concentrated, long-term investments across the fintech, digital media, and consumer technology sectors.
