Matt Hagger is the London-based President and Founder of E-Man Asset Management, an early-stage venture studio and fund with operations extending to San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Dubai. Since establishing the firm at age 21, he has overseen a portfolio of 15 graduated companies and achieved three startup exits, with E-Man alumni collectively raising over $400 million in capital and creating more than 2,000 jobs. His early technology career included developing patented real-time web software backed by $500,000 in research funding from the Cambridge University Science Park, alongside strategic consulting engagements for Warner Music. Additionally, he has developed children's entertainment properties for major global media corporations, including Disney, Nickelodeon, and Paramount. Hagger currently focuses on scaling international technology ventures and is actively spearheading TaleTree, a Silicon Valley-based social-emotional learning platform specifically designed for young children.
