Matt Blodgett

Matt Blodgett is the Founder and General Partner of Praxis, a solo seed investment fund, and the Executive Director of the nonprofit Put Me In!, based in San Francisco, California. Through Praxis, he targets pre-seed and seed-stage software and manufacturing startups with initial investments ranging from $1 million to $2 million. Before launching his current fund, Blodgett served as a Managing Director at Vector Capital and as a General Partner at North Bridge Growth Equity. His investment track record includes an early backing of Proto Labs, where he served on the board of directors until 2014, alongside current board roles at Parallel Fluidics and Prodport. Blodgett holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from Yale University. Today, his primary professional focus remains on capitalizing and scaling early-stage digital manufacturing and software-powered enterprises.
