Matt Abrams

Matt Abrams is a Venture Partner at Atypical Ventures and TFX Capital based in Oregon, US. Over a 30-year career spanning government, healthcare, and venture capital, he has led product teams and industry standards bodies at organizations ranging from 20 to over 100,000 employees. Abrams previously co-founded and served as a Strategic Advisor to Graphite Health, and he currently acts as an International Advisory Council Member and Non-executive Director at DemocracyNext while also chairing boards for multiple early-stage startups. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Northwestern University, where he serves as a board member for the MSiA program and a guest lecturer at the Kellogg and McCormick Schools. His current investment and advisory focus primarily centers on enterprise data analytics, artificial intelligence, machine learning, information quality, security, and healthcare ecosystems.
