Matheus Riolfi

Matheus Riolfi is the Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Tint, a technology startup focused on risk management and embedded insurance solutions for peer-to-peer platforms. Previously, he served as the Director of International Expansion at Turo, where he directed the company's strategic market entries and launched operations across three major international markets: Canada, the United Kingdom, and Germany. During his tenure at the car-sharing platform, he designed comprehensive risk management frameworks and sourced insurance programs across multiple jurisdictions as a licensed insurance broker. Riolfi earned a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School and holds a dual degree in business from the University of São Paulo and Kedge Business School in France. His current focus and professional background center on scaling sharing economy platforms by navigating complex regulatory environments and building robust operational infrastructures globally.
