Matheus Baldi

Matheus Baldi is a Brazil-based investor serving as the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Allievo Capital, a private equity firm that was established in 2019. Before launching the firm, he gained operational experience working at his family's jewelry packaging business, Estojos Baldi, and later met his business partner, Guilherme Queiroz, during an executive exchange program at Harvard University. Under his leadership, Allievo Capital manages approximately R$300 million in assets across three primary investment strategies encompassing venture capital, growth equity, and search funds. The firm has backed dozens of startups, including the logistics company Mottu, and it recently announced plans in 2024 to raise up to R$200 million for a dedicated search funds fund-of-funds. Baldi currently focuses on deploying institutional capital into high-quality private enterprises and expanding entrepreneurial investment vehicles within the broader Brazilian financial market.
