Massimo Schäppi

Massimo Schäppi is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of DD Venture Capital AG, an early-stage investment firm based in Zug, Switzerland. Alongside co-founder Romano Schäppi, he directs the firm's capital allocation strategy, primarily targeting emerging European startups operating within the financial technology sector. Prior to establishing his current firm, he worked as an early-stage investor at another venture capital organization, where he evaluated investment opportunities across the digital health, enterprise software, and fintech verticals. His academic credentials include a Master's degree in Banking and Finance from the University of St. Gallen in Switzerland, and he is currently completing an executive MBA program at the University of Cambridge. In addition to his primary investment duties, Schäppi serves as a board member for several enterprise software companies, maintaining a strategic focus on scaling early-stage European technology ventures.
