Massimo Gentili

Massimo Gentili is a Partner at Eureka! Venture based in Milan, Italy, where he focuses on early-stage deep-tech investments and technology transfer. Over a 39-year career bridging scientific research and commercial markets, he has held leadership positions including R&D Manager at ST Microelectronics and Vice President of Technology at Pirelli. His institutional background includes serving as a researcher at the National Research Council and Director of the Center for Materials and Microsystems at the Bruno Kessler Foundation. Holding a degree in Solid State Physics, Gentili has authored approximately 100 scientific publications in peer-reviewed international journals and secured two industrial patents. He also co-founded an academic spin-out company and holds advisory board positions at the International Iberian Nanotechnology Laboratory. His current focus centers on transforming advanced materials science and nanotechnology research into market-ready commercial solutions.
