Masafumi Kamishiro

Masafumi Kamishiro is an Operating Partner in the Portfolio Group and a member of the Asia Pacific Private Equity team at Bain Capital. Since joining the investment firm in 2021, he has specialized in providing operational support, executing growth strategies, and driving corporate transformations for portfolio companies across the Asian market. Prior to his current role, Kamishiro served as an Executive Director and Partner at Monitor Deloitte in Singapore, where he led mergers and acquisitions, complex post-merger integration, and operational initiatives. His earlier consulting and corporate career includes working as a Project Manager at Roland Berger and holding the position of General Manager of Strategy and Turnaround at an international electronic device manufacturer. Kamishiro currently focuses on driving value creation and strategic growth initiatives within the global technology, media, telecommunications, and industrial products sectors.
