Mary Grove is the Managing Partner at Bread and Butter Ventures in Minneapolis, Minnesota, where she leads early-stage investments in digital health and enterprise SaaS. She previously spent 15 years at Google, working on the company's IPO and serving as the founding director of Google for Startups to support entrepreneurs across more than 100 countries. Grove later worked as an investment partner at Revolution's Rise of the Rest Seed Fund, leading dozens of investments and building a network of over 150 mentors and portfolio partners. In addition to her venture capital roles, she co-founded the nonprofit Silicon North Stars in 2013 and serves on the boards of The Minneapolis Foundation and HealthPartners. Holding both a BA and MA from Stanford University, Grove currently focuses on scaling organizational infrastructure and bringing early-stage technology products to market.
