Mary-Catherine Lader

Mary-Catherine Lader is the Founder and CEO of Native Markets and a Venture Partner at Torch Capital. She previously served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Uniswap Labs, scaling the decentralized finance platform from 15 to 150 employees, securing $165 million in funding, and achieving profitability. Before Uniswap, she held senior leadership roles at BlackRock, including Global Chief Operating Officer of Digital Wealth and founder of the Aladdin Sustainability and Climate initiative, after starting as an investment analyst at Goldman Sachs. The Fortune 40 Under 40 honoree holds a Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School, an MBA from Harvard Business School, and a BA from Brown University. Her work focuses on digital assets, decentralized finance, and fintech innovation, and she serves on the board of Tech:NYC and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission Global Markets Advisory Committee.
