Marvin Larbi-Yeboa

Marvin Larbi-Yeboa is a Partner at Bain Capital Private Equity in San Francisco, serving on the North America team focusing on technology, financial, and business services. Before joining the firm in 2021, he was a Managing Director in J.P. Morgan's Mergers and Acquisitions group, co-leading the technology M&A practice. His prior financial experience includes executing transactions at Barclays Capital and Lehman Brothers, and serving as a Principal directing technology investments for Mubadala Investment Company. He began his career as a software engineer at Nortel Networks before earning an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a BS in electrical engineering with highest honors from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Drawing on over 20 years of industry experience, his current focus centers on executing private equity investments across the broader technology sector.
