Martina Lauchengco

Martina Lauchengco is a Partner at Costanoa Ventures based in San Francisco, where she advises early-stage B2B and B2C software startups on critical go-to-market and product marketing strategies. Over her thirty-year technology career, she held executive product marketing, product management, and chief-of-staff roles at Microsoft for Word and Office, at Netscape for browser and server lines, and at Loudcloud. She also serves as a product marketing partner at the Silicon Valley Product Group, lectures in the Engineering Leadership Masters Program at UC Berkeley, and authored a book on product marketing. Lauchengco earned both a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Master of Arts in Organizational Behavior from Stanford University. Currently, she acts as a board member for Elevate Security, a board observer for Demandbase, and an advisory board member for both Bishop Fox and BuilderOps.
