Martin Ouzounov

Martin Ouzounov is a Partner at Eleven Ventures based in Sofia, Bulgaria. In his current role, he leads operations, investor relations, and financial strategy for the firm, which writes pre-seed and seed checks ranging from EUR 250,000 to EUR 1.5 million across Central and Eastern Europe. Before his promotion to Partner, he served as the firm's Chief Operating Officer and played a key role in the initial public offering of Eleven Capital. His prior corporate experience includes working as an auditor at Ernst & Young and serving as Chief Financial Officer for both Heidelberg Cement and aerospace startup EnduroSat. Throughout his career, he has managed mergers, acquisitions, and divestments valued at over EUR 250 million. Ouzounov currently focuses on applying his extensive financial and operational expertise to structure and scale early-stage technology companies across the region.
