Martin Daniel

Martin Daniel is the Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Carbonfact, a climate technology software enterprise based in Paris, Île-de-France, France. Prior to his current executive role, he served as a Data Science Lead at Airbnb and began his professional career in the technology sector at Google. He previously founded covidliste.com, which served approximately one million users as France's largest COVID-19 vaccine waiting list, and established dataforgood.fr to mobilize around 2,000 data scientists for various civic and nonprofit initiatives. Under his leadership, Carbonfact secured a $30 million Series B funding round in July 2024 led by Eurazeo, enabling expanded supply chain partnerships with major apparel and footwear brands such as Lacoste. His current focus centers on leveraging his extensive data science background to drive measurable decarbonization and sustainability across the global fashion and footwear industries.
