Martin Bjergegaard

Martin Bjergegaard is the Co-founder and CEO of Able and the Managing Partner at Bjergegaard & Co., currently based in Denmark. He began his professional career as a Management Consultant at McKinsey & Co. before transitioning into a serial entrepreneur who has co-founded more than a dozen companies over the past twenty-five years. As a co-founder of the venture builder Rainmaking and the accelerator Startupbootcamp Global, Bjergegaard helped support over 800 startups that collectively raised more than €700 million in venture funding. He additionally co-founded the technology conference TechBBQ and previously built an eight-startup portfolio generating $50 million in combined annual revenue with a workforce of one hundred employees. His current focus centers on scaling sustainable workplace food systems through Able, which generates €20 million in annual revenue, while advancing purpose-driven organizational cultures and global startup acceleration.
