MARTHA LAURA LOPEZ

Martha Laura Lopez is the Mexico Representative for ZENTYNEL, an early-stage venture capital firm, based in Guadalajara City, Mexico. In this capacity since January 2023, she focuses on biotech, healthtech, and agtech startups connected to Latin America, managing investments across twelve portfolio tickets ranging from $250,000 to $1 million in funding. Previously, Lopez served as a Regional Director at AMEXCAP from 2017 to 2019 and worked as an innovation incentives advisor for EY Mexico, consulting for various entrepreneurs and startups. She is also an active angel investor through SIPI FUND and holds a master's degree in commercialization from the UT Austin McCombs School of Business. Recognized as one of LAVCA's Top Women Investors in Latin America for four consecutive years, her career centers on advancing technology transfer and early-stage life sciences investments across the region.
