Marta-Gaia Zanchi

Marta-Gaia Zanchi is the Managing Partner at Nina Capital, an early-stage venture capital firm based in Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain. In this role, she oversees the firm's investment strategy across pre-seed to Series A rounds, recently closing Nina Capital's Fund III at €120 million in January 2025. Her portfolio management encompasses more than 20 companies, including investments in healthtech and deeptech startups such as Savana Médica, Medicsen, and various AI-driven diagnostics firms. Prior to her venture capital career, she co-founded and led multiple digital health startups, collaborated with organizations like EIT Health, and earned an MBA from IESE Business School. She also shares her industry expertise at major conferences, including a recent October 2024 presentation on scaling healthtech ventures across European markets.
