Marta Cruz

Marta Cruz is the Managing Partner at NXTP Ventures, operating from her primary base in Buenos Aires, Argentina. In this capacity, she directs the firm's venture capital investment strategy, managing over $200 million in assets under management across a diverse portfolio of more than 100 Latin American technology companies. Before her current tenure, she founded and led Wayra Argentina, the regional startup accelerator for Telefónica, and co-founded the advertising technology firm ADIAN before guiding it to an acquisition. Cruz recently joined the board of directors at the fintech company Ualá in late 2024 and has participated in several major portfolio exits, including the $6.5 billion acquisition of Auth0. Holding an MBA from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella, her current professional focus centers on deploying capital into early-stage software, fintech, and healthtech startups across emerging markets.
