Mark Vavolizza

Mark Vavolizza is a Vice President at Plexus Capital, LLC, based in Charlotte, North Carolina. Since joining the firm as an Associate in July 2020 and earning a promotion in January 2022, he has focused on sourcing investment opportunities, structuring transactions, conducting due diligence, and monitoring portfolio companies. Prior to his transition into private equity, he spent four years at Wells Fargo Securities from 2016 to 2020. During his tenure there, he served as an Analyst and later as an Associate within the Healthcare Services Investment Banking division, gaining expertise in mergers, acquisitions, and capital markets. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, which he completed between 2011 and 2015. Vavolizza currently leverages his foundational background in healthcare advisory to execute investments and manage growth-oriented private equity portfolios.
