Mark Tluszcz is the Co-Founder, CEO, and Managing Partner of Mangrove Capital Partners, based in Luxembourg. Since establishing the firm in 2000, he has helped manage over $1 billion across six funds and invested in more than 150 companies, including eight unicorns. His notable early-stage investments include turning a $2 million stake in Skype into $200 million and an $8 million investment in Wix into $700 million. Beyond his investment duties, he serves as the Chairman of Wix and K Health, while holding board director positions at Red Points and The Bank of London. Before venture capital, he spent a decade working at Arthur Andersen and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree alongside an honorary doctorate from Eckerd College. Tluszcz currently focuses on identifying and funding early-stage technology enterprises across the European and Israeli markets.
