Mark Sherman

Mark Sherman is a Managing Partner at Threshold Ventures in Menlo Park, California, where he focuses on growth-stage investments across enterprise software, artificial intelligence, and consumer technology. Before his current role, he served as a General Partner at DFJ Growth and as Vice President of Business Development at Playdom, which was acquired by Disney. Earlier in his career, Sherman worked in investment banking at Goldman Sachs and earned an MBA from Harvard Business School, alongside a BS from the Wharton School. At Threshold, he currently helps manage over $1 billion in assets under management and oversees a portfolio of more than 20 companies, recently leading a $50 million Series C investment in SentinelOne. Sherman leverages his extensive operational and financial expertise to scale high-growth enterprise SaaS and cybersecurity businesses across North America and Europe.
