Mark Martin

Mark Martin is the Co-founder and General Partner of Cybernetix Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm based in Boston, United States. Prior to launching the firm with Fady Saad, he served as Vice President of the Industrial Automation, Sensors, and IoT division at Analog Devices, where he managed a business generating over $1 billion in revenue. During his 25-year executive career, Martin executed $450 million in business unit sales and completed $100 million in acquisitions across four transactions. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University and a Master of Science in Engineering Management from Tufts University. Currently raising a $100 million second fund to expand a 23-company portfolio, Martin focuses his investment strategy on early-stage robotics and physical AI startups operating within the manufacturing, logistics, construction, and healthcare sectors.
