Mark Joseph

Mark Joseph is a Venture Partner at Early Light Ventures and the Chief Executive Officer of Mobitas Advisors, operating within the public and private mobility sectors. He previously served as the CEO of Transdev North America and Veolia Transportation, where he successfully grew annual regional revenues from $50 million to $1.5 billion. Joseph also held the position of Global Chief Commercial Officer at Transdev Group and has lectured at institutions including the Harvard Kennedy School. His investment portfolio features notable exits such as Roadbotics, which was acquired by Michelin in 2022, and the 2021 initial public offering of Axilion, alongside recent board appointments at Beep and First Transit. He currently focuses on advising startups and venture investors on go-to-market strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and regulatory compliance across the autonomous vehicle and new mobility markets.
