Mark Hull

Mark Hull is a seasoned technology executive and startup operator based in the San Francisco Bay Area. He previously served as Vice President of Operations at Cruise from 2021 to 2023, where he contributed to the autonomous vehicle company's growth toward a valuation exceeding $30 billion. Prior to this, Hull held the position of Head of Product for a real estate technology firm and served in early-stage leadership roles scaling operations at both Airbnb and Dropbox. In 2025, he began advising the portfolio at Initialized Capital, leveraging his extensive background in consumer internet and enterprise software markets. He holds a Master of Business Administration from the UC Berkeley Haas School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts degree. Hull currently focuses on mentoring and advising venture-backed technology startups through critical growth phases and operational scaling.
